How can I contact the customer service ?

There are many ways to contact our After-sales Service:

  • Internet. You will find on this website some advice on how to use and maintain your products, a contact and a warranty form in order to answer your questions and handle your product warranty, and an online store where you can buy spare parts for your products.

How much do I have to pay?

Repair process cost depends on the failure extent and also if your product is still under warranty or not:

  • My product is still under warranty. In this case Kokido will replace your product for free if you fulfill the following conditions:
    • Your product is under the warranty period and you still have the invoice.
    • The failure is not due to a bad use of the product.
  • My product is not under warranty. In this case you can buy spare parts, by contacting us through our phone number or by buying directly on our online store.
